This month is about renewal, as November starts with a New Moon in Scorpio on the 1st.
Heralding a month bursting with the energy of massive transformation. With the US election at the top of the month, the Western world awaits a new era that will quickly take shape with a new leader. No matter the changes in the external world, this month’s theme invites you to reorient how you relate to whatever comes your way. Renewal is not about the changes of the outside world, but how you relate to it all internally.
Find Your Focus
Let your focus of renewal be on how you respond to things, and you will see how the world responds to you in a new way! Start by assessing what feels restless and fearful. Where in your life do you feel you have to figure things out? Make things happen or hustle to fix them? Make this your starting point. Focus on where you feel this anxiety and stress in your body and begin to connect with the part of yourself that is held there. Ask that part to show you why it feels it must strive, fix, or figure out and you’ll get a picture of the origins of the beliefs that are causing the discomfort. Getting to the root of things is where the renewal will begin to take place.
What new response do you to choose to have to an old circumstance in your life? If it’s around money, you might respond to stress by doing something you enjoy to feel like yourself again. Rather than punishing yourself or ruminating on ways to make money. Renewal is about trusting yourself and choosing a new way. Working with the parts of you that doubt while being the adult that you always wanted. You act on the beliefs that you would prefer to live by rather than the fearful ones that have been holding you back. Instead of rushing, hustling and forcing things, you pause, change the subject and work to get back into alignment.
Become the Adult Your Inner Child Needed
You might cry and throw fits as you work through the fear and stress of your younger parts. But keep acting and becoming the person you want to be until you become it. Go for a walk, a yoga class, go window shopping or spend time in nature. Do the things you wish an adult would have done for you when you felt this way as a kid!
Like working out in the gym, renewal comes from repeating the healthy habits even when you don’t feel like it. And because we are not about bypassing- you will work with the parts of you that are afraid, stressed, and doubtful- while taking the conscious action to respond with love and kindness rather than react in fear of survival!
Release to Receive a New Reality!
The fear and stress about today is more often a trigger of an older fear that has remained unresolved. If you are looking for a new experience, it’s time to create a new response. Spend time healing and releasing the old reaction, and you will organically receive a new reality! Take action to feel better, and you notice new inspiration and synchronicity will show up!
